Hosting

For the less technical minded of you it is best to think of hosting as a house. The web server is a place to live, it is where all the files reside, and when somebody knows our address (domain name) they will come to the house and we can show them around. When we need to do DIY on the house (server downtime) we have another identical house fully decorated and furnished next door (a mirrored server) to make sure you can receive as many visitors as you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with unlimited bandwidth and 100% uptime).

Backup

We’ve heard on the grapevine that even teachers make mistakes sometimes. That is why every website we produce is backed up in full on a dual nightly basis – just in case.

Training & Support

Once your website is complete, we will provide your school with access to our support site, which details each and every aspect of maintaining your website. Training can also be provided either at the school, our offices or online. In addition, if you every have a general web-related question, require website advice or further technical support our customer support team are never more than an email or telephone call away.
